We offer a lovely two-room-apartment (ca. 40m2) fully furnished and equipped in a historic 15th century building. The house on the Lech weir is one of the most photographed in town. You stay right in the town center, only short walks away from Landsberg`s famous sights, restaurants, cafés, shopping possibilities and railway station. It´s the perfect starting point to discover the surroundings as the world famous city of Munich with its Oktoberfest (beer feast), the romantic castle of King Ludwig II, Neuschwanstein, or the famous brewery of Andechs monastery.
You can also explore the surroundings by bike or public transport.

Die Ferienwohnung Am Flößerplatz ist eine liebevoll sanierte Altbauwohnung direkt an der Lechpromenade.
Die Wohnung befindet sich mit ihren ca. 40qm im 2. Stock (ohne Lift) und eignet sich aufgrund ihrer Ausstattung und Lage optimal für Geschäftsreisende, historisch Interessierte und auch für Paare, die einen gemütlich romantischen Aufenthalt in Landsberg am Lech planen.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit einem französischen Bett (1,40m Breite).
Im angrenzenden Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein ausziehbares Sofa, das ein bis zwei weiteren Personen als Schlafmöglichkeit dienen kann. Flatscreen-Fernseher mit integriertem Radio, CD-Player, W-LAN, Küche mit allen notwendigen Kochutensilien,Geschirr, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd mit Backofen, Geschirrspülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Espresso- und Filterkaffeemaschine vorhanden.
Badezimmer mit Badewanne/integrierter Dusche und WC, kleiner Fön. Abstellkammer mit Putzutensilien und Staubsauger.
Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gestellt.

The apartment combines the original antique wood for the floor and the ceiling as well the glass elements for the doors with modern equipment and so makes the place very unique. It is the perfect location for business people and couples preferring an outstanding and romantic place.
