Would you like to relax and unwind? Then visit our beautiful accommodation with a view of the Alps and the splashing of streams in Unterzeismering, a small village two kilometres south of Tutzing on Lake Starnberg.

The 65 m2 two-room flat with sunny balcony and garden extends over the entire upper floor and was lovingly renovated in 2020. It is perfectly suitable for two (up to a maximum of four) persons.

You can expect light-flooded rooms, a modern shower-bath with window and underfloor heating, a fully equipped brand kitchen, a cosy wood-burning stove and a large panoramic window with a great view of meadows and pastures and on a clear day as far as the Bavarian Alps.

The house stands at the end of a private road. A beautifully overgrown brook flows through the natural property. On the other side of the stream is the garden area with shady trees, which can be used by you.

The public, small bathing area at the Starnberger See can be reached in ten minutes on foot. Tutzing with its shopping and leisure facilities is only two kilometres away.

Those who love nature and peace and quiet, but do not want to do without comfort and nearby infrastructure, will feel completely at home here.
