Super central and quiet location in the middle of Herrsching/ Ammersee, only a few steps (150m) via a footpath to the shore and the beach.

Holiday mood guaranteed: boat rental, steam jetty, beer gardens, restaurants, charming cycling and hiking trails, delicious fish rolls, mini golf, tennis courts and very nice golf courses in the area, children's playground on the shore, Beach volleyball, SUP/surf rental, the longest lake promenade in Germany, the well-known "Bayerische Brandung" and daily chilling with the most romantic sunsets in Bavaria ... everything right on the doorstep!

In winter, frozen lakes invite you to curling and ice skating.
The proximity to the mountains allows day trips to many ski slopes and there are some romantic trails in the immediate vicinity.
Walking distance only 8 minutes to public transport (S8 Munich/Airport, various bus lines)-in 40 minutes to Munich by S-Bahn. Buses to Lake Starnberg.

Living on top of each other/next to each other, cooking together and eating together at the large table in the garden apartment. the apartments "Loggia" and „ Mansarde“ and the apartment "Tinyhome" are located above the apartment "Garden" and are accessible via an external staircase and a separate entrance.

In all apartments:
Free Wi-Fi, TV, bed linen and towels, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, fully equipped kitchen.
Please request a parking space/garage. Bicycle rack covered in front of the house.

Non smoking apartments. No dogs allowed.
