Quiet central location - 250 meters (800 ft) to town center with nice shops and restaurants. The house is situated at the Wanderwegenetz (network of walking trails) and the Langlaufloipe (cross country ski trails).

One beautifully maintained apartment is available for 2 to 4 people. Roomy and comfortably furnished in traditional Bavarian-style. Open to private balconies with unobstructed views of the tallest mountain peak in Germany - the Zugspitze.

The apartment is on the first floor and measures 764 sq ft. Amenities include two bedrooms, a shower and two toilets; living room and separate kitchenette; two balconies, one facing south, the second faces west. Two persons for 55 Euro per day (additional person +15 Euro).

Rates vary by season and include bed linens, towels, and SAT-TV with english programs such as CNN international. No additional fees except required local tourism tax.

Aus Richtung Garmisch kommend nehmen sie die 2. Auffahrt und biegen beim Schild Eibsee-Grainau nach links ab. Nach 1,7 km am Untergrainauer Dorfplatz angekommen biegen sie links und nach der Apotheke wieder links in den Krepbachweg ein. Nach 50 m sind sie am Ziel.

Towards Garmisch, you have to take the second drive-up and turn left after the direction sign “Eibsee-Grainau”. After 1.7 km you will reach the “Untergrainauer Dorfplatz”, wherefrom you have to turn left and after the pharmacy turn left again into the street “Krepbachweg”. After 50 meters you will reach your destination.
