Thank you for having us; we'd love to come back and highly recommend staying here. A couple of highlights:

1. View: The photos don't do it justice - beautiful view of the lake at all times. Perfect to watch the sunset/ enjoy a drink on the terrace or one of the balconies.

2. Location: Walking distance (15-20min) or just a short drive to the lake. Less than 2min walk to the Lieberhof restaurant (great views and traditional Bavarian food).

3. House/ space: We stayed with a group of 9 and had plenty of room. All towels/ linens were provided. The house has a rustic flair but is perfect for a true Bavarian experience.

4. Owner and Property Manager: Both were very accommodating and highly responsive.
Gesamteindruck:

Wir wurden von der Hausverwalterin sehr freundlich begrüßt und wir konnten zu unserer individuellen Zeit anreisen. Das Haus ist sehr groß und hat den Charme von früheren Zeiten.
Alles in der Küche ist in ausreichender Menge vorhanden, sodass eine Großfamilie dort z. B. ein Fest feiern kann.
Alles war sehr sauber geputzt!!!
Wir konnten immer auf der Terrasse frühstücken und den Blick über den See genießen. Wunderbar! PTL!!!
Auch beim Zeitpunkt der Abreise war die Hausverwalterin flexibel.
Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut am Tegernsee gefallen.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit unbezahlbarem Blick. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend!
