The apartment is located in the village of Seefeld, a municipality with about 7,000 inhabitants, in the middle of the very beautiful five-lake area of Southern Bavaria. In the near area there are a number of lakes. The closest is Pilsensee, followed by Ammersee, Wörthsee, Wesslinger See and Starnberger See.

Our apartment is centrally located in the village. Shops such as supermarket, bakery, butcher, vegetable store are very close. The same applies to gastronomic establishments such as pizzeria and standard cuisine.

S-Bahn is easily accessible by bus, the bus stop is 2 minutes walk away. The city of Munich can be reached by S-Bahn in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car to get to Munich by usual trafic.

From Seefeld numerous nice excursions are possible. Examples include a visit to the nearby Seefeld castle with a castle restaurant or the Andechs monastery.

Also popular are bicycle tours, water sports on the lakes or steamboat rides on the Ammersee or Starnberger See.

The apartment has approx. 42 sqm, bedroom with double bed, large kitchen-living room with kitchen equipment, dining table and double sofa bed, SAT-TV, radio, bathroom with shower, small terrace, separate entrance. Washing machine in the bathroom is available. It is a non-smoking apartment.
